Here are step-by-step instructions for how to manifest your dream body using the 55×5 manifestation method.


1- Set your intention

The first step to the 555 method for weight loss manifestation is to set a crystal clear intention.

Be specific about the desired outcome and what you want to feel like when it’s done.

For example, if you want to fit into a size 8 dress for your birthday party in a few months, that is a perfect intention.

You can envision yourself feeling slim, confident, and beautiful in your new dress!

It’s motivating and exciting enough to stimulate your subconscious mind and help you think positively about a concrete desire for some time in the future.

If you’d like, you can pick a specific goal weight too.

You can set an intention to weigh 140 pounds, to weigh less than you did in high school, or anything like that.

The most important thing is that you have one specific goal in mind, and that it’s something that really excites you!


2- Create a positive affirmation

The next step to manifesting your dream body with the 55×5 method is to create a positive affirmation based on your ultimate goal.

You need to make sure you do two things with this affirmation, however.

First, you need to make sure you write it in present-tense.

As if you’ve already manifested your goal.

The second key ingredient is that you need to include a strong, positive emotion. Something heartfelt and genuine that you would sincerely feel if you reached your goal!

If you want to wear a new size 8 dress to your birthday party, you would close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, then spend a few minutes visualizing yourself at your party in your new dress.

How do you feel?

Excited? Confident? Happy? Relieved? Powerful? Successful?

You would use your emotional power-word to write a present-tense affirmation about how amazing you feel at your party in your dress.

Let’s go with something like “I feel so empowered wearing a new size 8 dress to my birthday party!”

Good job!


3- Write your affirmation 55 times in a row

The next step is to set aside ten to fifteen minutes or so to write your positive affirmation 55 times in a row.

(It’s a good idea to make your affirmation relatively short because it can be a lot of writing!)

The thing here is that it’s not just about the writing or manifesting on paper.

You’re supposed to take a deep breath, engage in positive thinking, and visualize your desire manifesting. 

Get into the vibe or mood of the affirmation while you’re writing it!

Think of it as a visualization or meditation exercise that also has a physical component.

You need the emotion, the connection of the pen to the paper, and the visualization for this to work.


4- Repeat this process for five days straight

The next thing to do is repeat this process for five consecutive days.

Since this is such a short exercise (only five days), each day is very important.

If you skip a day, you need to start over from scratch.

Keep in mind that you don’t have to do the exercise at the same time each day.

But you must do it every single day without fail.

It’s such a small commitment for a big reward!


5- Look for signs & synchronicities

Next — the most important step — look for signs and synchronicities that lead you toward your goal.

This could be anything, but most commonly it shows up in a few ways.

Finally, once all is said and done you need to let go of it all!

Keeping everything focused in one place is a great way to stay organized and have a place to track your progress as you work through different exercises during different phases of weight loss.

If you have a manifestation planner or journal, you don’t need to do anything special.

If you’re using five sheets of paper, you can save them for later, throw them out, or even burn them and let the ashes float your intention into the universe.


How many times to do the 55×5 method?

You can do the 55×5 method about once a month or so if you’d like.

You don’t want to overdo manifestation exercises because you need to give them time to work!

And, you’ll want to make sure you’re working toward a different goal each time.

It is, however, okay to combine multiple manifestation exercises into a shorter period of time.

For example, since scripting is a one-time activity, you could do one scripting letter at the beginning of the month, then a week or two later start the 55×5 method and that would be fine.

Stacking different exercises (within reason) is good practice.

Repeating the exact same exercise for the same intention over and over is a waste of time.
