What makes the scripting so powerful and effective is that you will write the script as if your desire has already happened.
And, you write from a positive point of view.
So in your case with manifesting your dream body, you don’t want to write a letter of complaint about how fat you are and how you want to lose weight.
You want to pick a positive scenario where you imagine you’re living in your hot, slim body and experiencing something that you deeply desire!

So, let’s say you want to manifest a fifty-pound weight loss.
You don’t just want to “manifest losing fifty pounds”, do you?
Maybe you imagine getting dressed to go to a pool party on a hot summer day.
You style your hair, put on your makeup, and slip into your brand new sparkling gold bikini.
The swimsuit fits perfectly, it looks great on you!
You admire yourself in the mirror – checking out how slim you are.
You feel so good about yourself!
So confident, so happy, so healthy.
When you arrive at the party and everybody is complimenting you on how amazing you look!
It feels incredible to get so much positive attention, and you know you deserve it.
And what’s even better, so many attractive people express interest in getting to know you better.
And that’s not all — other people are asking you for tips and advice on how they can slim down, tone up, and be as healthy and vibrant and beautiful as you, too!

1- Prepare yourself and your environment
You don’t have to do too much “special”, but you should have a pen, paper, and at least ten to fifteen minutes where you won’t be interrupted.
If you’re stressed out or frustrated about your weight at the moment, it’s best to wait until you’re in a better mood.
Feel free to light incense or a candle.
You can even use weight loss manifestation crystals or play soothing music if you think it would help you get more in the mood, but these things aren’t necessary.
Really you just need a pen, paper, and some personal space and time to write the letter.
2- Set your intention to manifest weight loss
Next, you’ll want to take a few deep breaths until you feel as relaxed as possible.
Then, just set a positive intention to focus clearly on manifesting your desire, now.
You don’t have to full-on meditate.
If you do the scripting technique right, it’s kind of like a meditation or visualization in itself.

3- Write your weight loss manifestation letter
Now, you’re ready to write your letter!
First, date the letter some time in the future.
Depending on the amount of weight you want to lose, you can choose a few weeks to a few months in the future.
If you want to lose ten pounds or so, you can choose maybe three weeks to a month.
If you need to lose like fifty pounds, you should choose maybe five or six months.
You want to be realistic, but you don’t need to spend a bunch of time on this part.
Just pick a date a few weeks to a few months in the future, and start writing.
Write your letter “dear universe,” or even pretend you’re writing your letter to a friend or even to your future self explaining in detail how amazing your experience is!
So here’s an example:
I am SO excited about how fun the pool party was. I never thought I would have such a good time and feel so good about myself, but I did!
First, I felt so amazing getting dressed. After I did my hair and makeup, I slipped on my new gold bikini and it fit all my curves just right. I looked in the mirror and my mind was completely blown by how good I looked.
I never take mirror selfies but I just had to this time and they came out hot!
When I got to the party it was kind of intimidating at first because of all the attention I got.
Some girlfriends I haven’t seen in a while were like… their jaws hit the floor because they were so surprised by how much weight I’ve lost.
Then, people kept asking me how I did it, and it felt so good to share all the knowledge I’ve learned about how to have a naturally lean and slim body.
Once you finish, you’ll want to sign it with your full name.
4- Pay attention to synchronicities
Once you finish writing your letter, fold it and store it somewhere safe where you are unlikely to think about it.
Then, the most important part — pay attention!
You may notice that you feel thirstier and want to drink water instead of soda — follow that desire.
Maybe you feel pulled to cook at home more often and try new recipes rather than go out all the time.
Or as I said before, you naturally start moving your body more, walking more, or feel inclined to try out the new gym, dance class, or yoga class in your neighborhood.
It could even be as simple as stumbling upon an ad on TV or social media that sparks your interest and it can be a fun way to lose weight that you didn’t consider before.
The sky is the limit, and you will notice these things if you pay attention.
You need to follow these impulses because they are the key to your weight loss success!
