In my experience, the answer is yes!

In the past, I tried hardcore, super-strict calorie-counting, hard workouts at the gym, and could never get to my ideal weight.

Only when I took a softer approach and tried manifestation exercises just like the 369 method I’m about to show you — did I start to find success.

And it’s been a much easier time!

So if you ask me, you absolutely can manifest weight loss.

You just have to be open to the possibility that it can work for you.

The 369 method became super-popular on TikTok a while back (as many trends often do!)

Basically, the 369 technique is a law of attraction manifestation exercise where you manifest your desire by writing positive affirmations on paper three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night.

You will do this for between 33 and 45 days, and you should ideally manifest your goal or at least significant improvement.

It’s important to note that you can’t ever defy the laws of physical nature.

So with manifesting other things like money or even romantic love, you could most likely have your entire manifestation in 33-45 days.

But at least in my experience manifesting weight loss with the 369 method, depending on the goal you set, you may not get all the way there in just 33 days.

For instance, you probably won’t lose 60 pounds in 33 days, but you could be on your way to losing that much weight in a safe and healthy way in the future.

So, the 369 method is writing your desired reality in a positive affirmation 3x in the morning, 6x in the afternoon, and 9x at night for 33-45 days.

It’s that simple!

That’s what makes it so cool!

So now that you know what the 369 law of attraction technique is for and a general overview of how it might work for weight loss, I’m going to give you step-by-step instructions.

First, I recommend you get a 369 manifestation method journal.

You could write it on paper, but it works so much better when you have a focused location for this one ritual.

Either way, you’ll need several pieces of paper or a notebook, a pen, and a clear desire.


Step 1 – Set your clear intention

It all starts with your weight loss success goal in mind.

A common mistake is to think about what you don’t want, or what you want to lose, not what you stand to gain.

You should have a clear image in your mind of what you want to look like, feel like, and the energy you want to embody.

You could say that you want to be a certain goal weight.

Let’s say 130 pounds.

But you wouldn’t say “I don’t want to be fat anymore.”

You want to always focus on positivity.

It’s called the law of attraction because you want to focus on attracting good things to you.

The more you focus on the bad you would attract the bad.

So, for the sake of this example, let’s say you want to feel slim, light and free at 130 pounds.

This is how you will get the best results from the law of attraction.


Step 2- Create or use positive weight loss affirmations

The next step is to create a positive affirmation for your desire.

For example, “Every day in every way I am getting lighter, leaner, and fitter.”

Or, you could say “I feel so light and free at my goal weight of 130 pounds.”

You could also say “I enjoy living in a naturally light and lean body.”

You’ll notice that all three of these positive affirmations are written in the present tense.

This is important because it actually goes deeper than the words on the paper.

You’re supposed to visualize this as reality.

So if you write or think in the future, you are visualizing and imagining not having what you want yet.

It will always be out of reach.

But when you think, write, and feel in the present-tense, you are activating your creativity and this will help the 369 method work for you so much better!


Step 3- Write the affirmation 3-6-9 times

The next step is to set aside a few minutes every morning, afternoon and night to write your positive affirmation 3, 6, and 9 times respectively.

You do not have to pick the exact same times every day, though that could help if you are the type of person who works best on a schedule.

You also don’t need to spend tons of time on this, but you do five minutes or so where you won’t be disturbed.

It’s not necessary to do a full-on meditation session with this.

But, you should at least take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and envision yourself in this new reality.

You should feel a tingle of excitement within your body when you imagine the new and improved you!

Once you have connected with that deep, deep desire, you will write the affirmation the designated number of times.


Step 4- Repeat the process for at least 33 days

You’ll repeat this exact same process for at least 33 consecutive days.

The chain of days you spend on this ideally should not be broken.

If you skip a day, you don’t have to start over from day one.

But if you skip more than a few days then you’d best start over from scratch.


Step 5- Take inspired action

Finally, you can’t skip this part!

You’ll need to pay attention to subtle shifts in your desires, personality, or new ideas and synchronicities that come to you.

This, in my experience and opinion, is where the magic happens.

In my case I wound up craving different kinds of foods that happened to be lower in calories than what I was into before.

So, I naturally gravitated toward eating more fruits and vegetables.

Then, I started going out for walks and playing with my son outdoors more.

I noticed I was more thirsty, so I wound up drinking more water.

And then I stumbled upon The Smoothie Diet one day (the one I told you about earlier) and felt pulled to give it a try.

I wound up loving it, and the weight came off even faster!

As I started to lose more weight, it motivated me to do even more… so I began to do yoga and other pleasant physical activity.

And it was all so easy and fun and liberating!

But it’s important to note if I chose to willfully ignore those new impulses and hints and nudges to change my lifestyle I’d probably still be obese.

You put in the work manifesting weight loss on paper, but the magic happens in the real world, still.

It’s just a lot easier, long-lasting, and actually joyful.

This is what many of us struggle with otherwise while trying to lose weight in the first place.

Eliminating those burdens is magic on its own, is it not?


How long does it take for the 369 manifestation method to work?

If you’ve done everything correctly, you should see modest weight loss within the first week or so.

It’s very, very exciting to start losing weight effortlessly when you’ve been down in the dumps for so long.

But you must finish the exercise.

It’s not uncommon to lose 10-15 pounds in your first round of the 369 manifestation technique for weight loss.

So within a week you should lose a pound or two.

Then by the first 33 days probably 8-10 if you play your cards right and follow your intuition.

If you go longer, probably up to 20 pounds.

Can you do the 369 method on your phone?

All of the weight loss manifestation exercises and techniques work so much better if you use pen and paper.

That’s why I highly recommend you get a 369 manifestation journal!

It just makes so much sense.

Something gets lost when you manifest on your phone or on your laptop.

It’s just not the same.

Of course, there aren’t really any hard and fast rules.

If you want to try manifesting weight loss on your phone, nothing is stopping you.

Just don’t be shocked if it doesn’t work for you as well or at all!

Why waste your time?

That’s 33-45 days you will never get back.

I like to do things the intended way the first time (or at least try to).

Who wants to waste their time?!!


Do I have to diet with the 369 method for weight loss?

You don’t have to go into this with the intention of dieting at all.

In fact, fad diets can actually make it harder for the 369 method to work.

But, you do have to remain open-minded to the gentle nudges or pushes you experience to make changes to your lifestyle.

You might wind up on a diet that you’ve never considered before, and find that it works miraculously for you.

All because maybe something pops up on social media about it and something tells you “you should try this.”

If that happens – try it!

But ultimately, what’s more likely to happen is that you manifest a better relationship with food.

Now, if you want to go into this already on a diet, you could use it in your favor.

You could actually make your affirmation something like “Intermittent fasting is so easy for me and I love how quickly I’m slimming down!”

That would make the intermittent fasting diet work well for you, for example.

But otherwise, no you don’t need to do anything except write your 369 manifestation on paper and wait for what to do next!

You’ll likely wind up making better food choices, regardless.


Do I have to exercise with the 369 method for weight loss?

You don’t have to start out exercising when you do the 369 method, but I promise you’ll likely naturally wind up moving your body a bit more.

You just have to pay close attention to different things that stand out to you.

It could be as simple as suddenly there’s no parking spots up front at the grocery store, so you have to park in the back and walk farther with your groceries.

Or a friend calls and invites you on an early-morning hike Sunday morning, then suggests you go for a nutritious brunch to refuel after.

You’d be silly not to recognize these as synchronicities all geared toward helping you manifest weight loss.

And you’d be even sillier not to follow through!
