The first tip for manifesting weight loss is to ask for what you want, and not what you don’t!
A big manifestation mistake people often make is to think in terms of what they want to remove, not in terms of what they want to gain.
You wouldn’t say “I don’t want to be fat anymore.”
Instead, you would say “I am slim, fit, energetic, and healthy.”
You wouldn’t say “I’m tired of getting no attention at parties.”
Instead, envision “I always get so many compliments on my trim physique.”
If you’re really feeling down in the dumps, you could write out the list of negative things you’re experiencing.
Then, you take note of what the opposite of that would be.
Focus only on the positive outcome that you want to attract, and you’ll have a much easier time getting what you want.
2- Clarify your goals

Another tip that I have for getting the law of attraction to work to help you lose weight is to find pleasant ways to move your body!
While weightlifting can be a great way to lose weight quickly, for some people it’s just not that enjoyable.
And weight loss manifestation is all about what feels good!
If weightlifting doesn’t feel nice, then find something else you enjoy doing that brings a smile to your face and helps you keep on top of things.
Contrary to popular belief, the best workout is the one you will do regularly.
If you dislike lifting heavy weights, you can have success with things like hula-hoop, jump rope, yoga, and Zumba.
Maybe over time, you’ll incorporate weightlifting some of the time, but if you’re just starting out on your weight loss journey, doing what you like is better than forcing yourself into something miserable that you’ll just wind up quitting.
8- Keep a daily journal
Another tip to help you with manifesting your weight loss transformation is to keep a journal where you write out anything you’re feeling.
Some people like to specifically keep a weight loss journal.
While this can be helpful, I don’t think you have to be that specific.
You see, weight loss is just one part of your life.
I’ve had the most success looking at my life from a complete perspective.
When I’m happy in life overall, I find it much easier to manifest weight loss or weight maintenance.
But when I’m stressed, I find I don’t want to exercise, I make poor food choices, and I just find it so much harder to meet my health and wellness goals.
Simply keeping a notebook or even an online journal for all your thoughts and feelings about everything, and writing in it for at least a few minutes every day can work wonders for your life.
You’ll feel so much lighter mentally and emotionally, which can translate to feeling lighter physically as well as those extra pounds melt off.
9- Invest in the process
Next, while it’s obviously important to visualize your end goal, it’s equally as important to invest in enjoying the process of manifesting weight loss.
One of the biggest things about manifesting that often goes overlooked is that it’s about feeling good — now.
You don’t have to wait until some time in the future when you’re slimmer to feel good about yourself.
You can take steps to love your body and enjoy your life while simultaneously working toward a better experience.

For me, I received many nudges to try different things that I wouldn’t usually have considered, that led to my losing over 50 pounds.
