In the book, she shares various manifesting techniques that she uses and recommends. One is anchoring your intention through repetition by changing your passwords from something random and pointless, to a powerful affirmation that supports your goals.

While it might be a pain to change your passwords – it’s probably a good idea anyway for security reasons, right?

Consider the things that you have to log into most frequently. Maybe your banking accounts, e-mail accounts or social media accounts. Take some of them off of automatic login. And make the password an affirmation of your goal.

If you’re interested in manifesting money? I am a wealthy businesswoman.

If it’s love you want to manifest? I am attracting my soul mate.

A new car? I love my brand new Tesla.

You get the picture.

Typing out your dream statement multiple times a day, every day is a surefire way to keep your intention on the brain. And keep your eye on the prize.

 

2- Send Yourself Anchoring Reminders

The smart hone is one of the best inventions, right?

We use our phones to surf the internet, keep in touch with family and friends, follow our favorite celebs on social media and even schedule all our meetings, appointments and commitments.

Well, a super great manifesting anchor technique is to schedule reminders of your future accomplishments into your phone!

Maybe if you’re after a book deal, you set yourself a notification to go off once a day saying “congrats on securing your amazing publishing deal!”

Or if you want to move to a new apartment, have it say something like “get ready to pick up the keys to your new place!”

It’s so simple, and once you set it – you can forget it. But you’re still working on manifesting without even trying.

You can use aromatherapy to intentionally create anchors, too!

An example of how to do this would be if you’re trying to manifest money, find a fragrance that smells “rich” to you.

Whether it’s a perfume that makes you feel glamorous, or an essential oil that is positively associated with what you want to attract, apply it as you set your intention for the day.

As you get a whiff of it throughout the day, you’ll be anchored – or grounded – into your manifestation.

5- Make It Part Of Your Morning Routine

Next, a super simple way to effortlessly anchor your manifestation into your life is to make it a part of your morning routine.

Make a habit of taking a deep breath and sipping your drink slowly, as you reflect on your affirmation.

While it may take a bit of getting used to, if you practice this every day for a couple weeks, it’ll become a habit. Once you get this going on autopilot, you’ll begin to notice subtle shifts in your overall mindset, and the things you desire will be attracted to you.

 

6- A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

One way to anchor yourself with pictures is by creating a vision board, but if you don’t have the time, creativity or desire to make one, a more simple approach works just as well – maybe even better.

While a vision board is great, it can be time-consuming — then you leave in one place so you only see it sometimes.

Equally as effective is to select a photo that inspires you or moves you to take action and raises your vibration – and set it as the background on your phone or lock screen.

Seeing this image all the time will give you just the boost you need – and it only takes a few minutes to select an image, set it, and be on your merry way!

 

7- Anchor Your Body

Last but not least, you can use your body as a manifestation anchor.

You do this by setting an intention and choosing a unique, memorable physical action that embodies it.

For example, maybe you pinch your nose, tap your left shoulder twice, or blink three times rapidly.

Once you’ve selected your move, recall a time where you felt how you want to feel.

If it’s excitement that you’re after, recall a time where you felt genuinely excited. If it’s sexy, think of a time where you felt that way. You get the picture.

Once you connect with the emotion in a deep, meaningful way, make your unique move. Repeat this several times while connecting with the feeling, to set the anchor.

And that’s it!

Try it a couple times over the next few days and see how you feel.
