Recently I sent out an e-mail message about how sometimes with manifesting and spiritual practices, you gotta fake it until you make it.
That got me thinking about how it took me quite a bit of time “faking it” before I “made it” with manifesting.
I’ve been working on my spiritual growth and manifesting for many years now. And I can remember those early days when I just didn’t get it.
Things were NOT clicking!
At first, I was doing all the rituals and techniques, reciting all the positive affirmations, and trying to move through the world with relentless positivity (even when things really weren’t going all that well). And crickets!
It was so very frustrating.
So what changed?
How did the law of attraction and manifesting finally work for me?
I’ve been thinking hard about that all week long, and I’ve finally figured it out!
I realize that it has been less about individual actions, manifesting games, or law of attraction techniques.
Those things do help, of course. And they are fun, inspiring, creative ways to make visual sense of your intentions. But they aren’t the most critical part.
Instead, it is creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports your dreams and goals that makes the difference.

Think of manifesting like growing a fruit and vegetable garden.
Your desires and intentions are the seeds.
Your current life and situation that needs improvement is the soil.
While it’s lovely that you have these high-quality seeds that have the potential to grow into bright, vibrant, juicy fruits and vegetables, your soil is a mess, boo!
You see, your soil is all the negative thought patterns you’ve had up until now.
It’s the mindset that keeps you from going after your dreams.
It’s the low-vibrational habits and toxic environments that you keep repeating or stay drawn to even though you know they don’t serve your highest and greatest good.
It is that persistent tendency that you have to avoid asking for what you want while refusing what you don’t!
That soil has grown all sorts of weird and downright undesirable plants, has it not?
You’ve reaped bitter fruit, avocados with big ass seeds and no flesh, leaves that have been demolished by pests. And there have even been some weeds in there, too!
I’ll stop here, but now you can just about see this garden, can you not?
Now that you can picture it clearly, realize this one thing:
You can’t plant quality seeds in trash soil and expect a good harvest.
So how do you fix it?

Your manifesting lifestyle choices are the fertilizer!
They help nourish your soil.
They uplift your spirit, change your mindset, raise your vibration, energize, and motivate you in ways that grow your seeds of intention into beautiful, abundant, delicious fruits that repeat the cycle of growth and transformation.
You can make small, gradual additions to your lifestyle that nourish your mind, body, and spirit and provide fertile ground for your intentions to manifest.
And the best part of all this is that it doesn’t have to be hard to fertilize that soil, girlie!
You can effortlessly embed teeny tiny actions into your daily life so that you’re nourishing your intentions automatically, with minimal fuss!

A Manifesting Ritual Supports Your Dreams
I know each of us has different schedules, commitments, requirements, and priorities.
If you work full-time with two young children at home, your daily life is totally different from that of a college student with no children but two part-time jobs.
As such, the timing included here should serve as an example of ways to effortlessly embed higher vibrational actions into your everyday life. You don’t have to follow the timing precisely.
What I want you to take away from this, above all, is that you want to focus on adding positive things into your day in ways that make you feel good and don’t overly disrupt your life.
I also know that at the time of writing this, many of us are on lockdown due to worldwide global issues.
If you find it challenging to follow these suggestions, don’t beat yourself up over it.
Seriously, do what you can!
It is most vital that you understand the concept.
Do what you can when you can.
I promise whatever you can do right now is perfect and it is enough.
You are always enough, sis!
Morning Manifesting Ritual For Success
6:00 am- Wake up with a smile and think about what you’re grateful for
It may feel weird but wake up and smile right away.
But smiling is therapeutic and helps set the tone for your day!
Also, before you even get out of bed, think of something positive that you’re grateful for.
Even waking up in your bed is enough. It doesn’t have to be big. It just has to get done!
6:05 am- Have a drink and jot down/review your intentions
If you’re anything like me, it’s so tempting to dash straight to your phone and check e-mail, social media, the news, text messages, and everything else. Don’t do this.
It is so important to honor yourself by easing into your morning and controlling the quality of thoughts and information you’re being exposed to.
It makes a big difference in your day when you control your narrative. Those people will be there in thirty minutes after you’ve woken up all the way, gotten grounded and are ready!
Now that that’s out of the way, once you arise, start with a drink of water. Then review your main intentions and goals for the day.
Water is best, but tea or coffee works too. Keep it simple and healthy!
6:10 am- Do some light stretching or yoga
This step can vary for everyone because I know some of us like to do a full morning workout.
Even if you don’t, commit to light stretching or yoga for at least 5-10 minutes to get the blood flowing and wake up your body for the day.
Send your body some love!
Be intentional about it.
It’s all about self-care and self-love.
It helps so much!
6:30 am- Take a high-vibe shower
One of my favorite things to do is take a high-vibrational shower. It’s simple.
All you do is think of or recite positive affirmations or loving thoughts to yourself while scrubbing down.
Close your eyes and envision any energetic or low-vibe “gunk” going down the drain.
Again, these things don’t have to be huge, long rituals!
The point is to make a habit of doing little, tiny things regularly that serve your best interest.
If every shower you take is a high-vibe shower, you’ll see a big difference in your outcome, I swear!
7:00 am- Get dressed for the day
Repeat positive affirmations to yourself (or at least think them) while prepping yourself in the mirror.
This technique is called Mirror Work, and it’s so useful for helping you improve your mindset and relationship with yourself.
I might do a 7-day Mirror Work challenge, now that I think of it.

NOW you can start your day… e-mail, social media, other folks pulling your attention. Do you see how different your day will be if you start by focusing on YOU rather than THEM?
You deserve the first hour of your life to be all about you!
High-Vibe Daily Actions For Manifesting & Positivity
As you move through your day, select a few high-vibrational actions to incorporate.
Now, of course, it may take some time to get used to doing these. But, it’s about building habits that eventually will become like second-nature to you.
Select a few and give it a try!
7 am-7 pm
- Throughout the day, if you feel yourself getting stressed, remember to breathe. Deep breath in – deep breath out. It helps!
- Spread positivity and kindness (even when people get on your nerves).
- Whenever you pass a mirror, look at yourself, and say or think something uplifting and kind.
- Keep positive quotes, affirmations, or a dream board in view throughout the day.
- Remember your daily intention and check-in regularly to see if you’re fulfilling it.
- Stay hydrated and choose more high-vibe foods than not (as many fruits and vegetables as possible… limit meat, processed foods, and sugar.)
Evening Manifesting Ritual For Reflection
10:00 pm- Answer these journal questions (should take no more than 10 minutes):
- What did I love most about today in general?
- How can I make tomorrow better?
- What am I most excited to manifest?
- What can I do tomorrow to help bring it closer to me?
10:10 pm- Do any manifesting exercises you’d like (not every night, just when needed)
Bedtime: Read fiction before falling asleep or visualize your desires as you drift off to sleep.
11 pm-6 am- Sweet dreams!
And that’s it!

The thing about this is as you grow and change, you’ll learn more about what works for you and what doesn’t.
You may even feel inspired to add different things to your routine. If you feel pulled to do so, go for it!
Remember, the point isn’t to follow this plan to a tee.
It’s to start the process of making gradual, incremental changes in how you live your life.
Believe me, it’s so easy to become a master manifestor when your lifestyle actively supports your intentions.
You were put here to live a joyful, abundant life.
You are supposed to learn your lessons, too, but you are also supposed to enjoy the journey.
Our planet is beautiful. Other people you encounter are beautiful, too.
You can go to so many places, see, experience, and learn so many new things.
You deserve a rich, full, life!
And you’ll get to enjoy all the sweetness and experience all the pleasure so much more once you begin to live in a way that naturally supports your desires, dreams, and destiny.
