Believe me, I was really confused when I first began working with crystals because, at first, I didn’t really feel anything or believe it to be true.
It was a hard sell that these pretty rocks could really do anything other than lightening the weight in my wallet lol.
The whole idea felt really dumb, and I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right.
But now that I’m more experienced, I can assure you that working with crystals is as simple as it sounds.
And yes, it really does work!
How To Use Manifesting Stones

To use crystals for healing and manifesting, you’ll need to do three things, which I’ll describe below before getting into specific properties of different crystals. First, you need to clean your crystals.
Then, you need to program them with your intentions.
For example, if you want to use crystals for love & romance, you want to “tell” the crystal that that’s what you need.
Finally, you can place them in strategic positions on your body or in your surroundings for maximum benefit.
How To Clean Your Crystals

First, you have to cleanse your crystals, though, because you don’t know where they’ve been.
Depending on how you get them, they’ve been traveling in different machinery, handled by people with different energies, and more. Your crystals are your babies, and you only want your energy influencing them, right?
There are many ways to clean your crystals, but I like to keep it simple and either leave them outside under the moon overnight or run them through smoke from either incense or sage.
I use this exact product and have bought it six times now! It’s great because it’s super affordable, and I really get good vibes and excellent results when I use it! I swear by it!
Honestly, some people have elaborate rituals for cleaning crystals. And sometimes, elaborate rituals are fun. But it’s not any more effective if it takes an hour or sixty seconds.
I’ve had great success keeping things simple!
I suggest you do the same, especially as a newbie. The last thing you want to do is overwhelm or confuse yourself. It’s supposed to be fun!
How To Program Your Crystals
Once your crystals are cleared, you’ve got a clean slate. Here’s where you’ll need to tell your crystals what to do!
This part is what weirded me out in the beginning because there’s no way to be sure you’ve done it “right.” But just go with it.
All you do is take the crystal in your hand. Use your dominant hand to “send” energy into the crystal. Close your eyes, and kind of meditate and focus your thoughts on what you want the crystal to do.
This is great, combined with a visualization of your desire.
For example, if you have a protection crystal, visualize it growing larger and larger into a protective bubble that surrounds you, thereby blocking negativity. Then when you carry that crystal with you, you have that protection.
Something like that.
How To Use Crystals To Manifest Your Desires
Once you have cleaned, programmed crystals, you’re ready to begin using them to manifest your desires! There are so many ways you can use them, but here are a few ways to use them as a beginner:
1- Carry Them With You

One of the best ways to keep the power of healing crystals with you is to wear them as jewelry, keep them in your purse or wallet, or even tuck them in your bra if you have loose raw crystals. I like this velvet carrying case when I have tumbled stones that aren’t part of my jewelry, or if I’m combining different stones to multiplify their energies.
2- Use Crystals In Meditation

Another way to use them is to hold them in your hand during meditation. It’s best to use your non-dominant hand when you are trying to attract things to you because that’s your “receiving” hand.
But that isn’t mandatory. It’s all about your intention.
Furthermore, crystals help to focus your intention during meditation if you have issues with a straying mind. It’s often easier to be mindful of the sensation of the crystal in your hand while you meditate.
Fun fact for me: I was sold on the power of crystals after about three months of regular use, I felt one vibrate in my hand for the first time! Now I regularly (but not 100% of the time) feel crystal vibrations, and it amazes me!
3- Use Crystals In Your Sacred Space

Finally, you can use crystals to decorate your sacred space. You can use crystals to send a signal to your subconscious mind with little space. Even a tiny corner of a bathroom sink is enough to show the Universe how serious you are about manifesting!

If you want to manifest with water, one way is to take a sacred bath. You can add all sorts of herbs to your bath water, but added crystals that have been charged with your intentions adds extra manifesting oomph to your session. 5- Place Crystals At Different Points On Your Body For Healing
