I’ll admit that I wasn’t always into printable coloring sheets. I used to think it was a silly activity for kids. But then I started using them myself and realized how therapeutic they can be!

Now, I love using coloring sheets as a way to relax and unwind after a long day.

They are also great for when you need a creative break but don’t have a lot of time (which is often the case for me!).

The best part about using these with positive affirmations on them is that you are slowly ingraining those positive messages into your subconscious mind.

And that can only lead to good things!
